A. Payment Methods

I. Domestic Deliveries (Germany)

For deliveries within Germany – unless otherwise specified in the product description – the following payment methods are available:

  1. Credit Card (Visa / Master)

  2. PayPal

  3. Invoice Payment (available exclusively for internal orders from the Leibniz Uni Hannover)

II. International Deliveries

For international orders – unless otherwise stated in the product description – we offer the following payment methods:

B. Shipping Information

I. Shipping within Germany

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of €6.50 per order (mainland only)

  • Island Surcharge: Additional €5.00 for deliveries to German islands

  • Free Shipping: For orders over €70.00 within Germany

  • Minimum Order Value: €15.00 for consumer orders

II. International Shipping

We ship to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out via UPS or a freight carrier. Shipping costs are flat rates per parcel (up to 4 kg):

Note: For deliveries outside the European Union, additional charges may apply (e.g. bank transfer fees, currency conversion fees, customs duties, import taxes). These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to Other Countries

If you would like to have your order shipped to a country not listed above, please contact us in advance via email at unimerch@der-hagemann.de.
Please include the desired product, quantity, and full delivery address (including country and postal code). We will promptly inform you whether shipping to the requested country is possible and advise you of the applicable shipping costs after consulting our logistics partners.

C. Delivery Times

I. Domestic Deliveries (Germany)

The standard delivery time within Germany is 1–2 business days. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. If an item is temporarily unavailable or has an extended delivery time, this will be clearly stated on the respective product page.

II. International Deliveries

The standard delivery time for international shipments is 5–7 business days. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. If a product is temporarily unavailable or requires a longer delivery time, this will also be indicated on the product page.
